If you fill out a form on our site, including forms hosted securely through Jotform, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact information, and details about the support you are seeking.
If you make a donation, your information is collected through Givebutter, a third-party donation platform.

If you are a client: We use your information to respond to your request and coordinate the services or support you are seeking.
If you are a donor: We use your information to communicate with you about your donation and our work. If you provide a phone number, we may contact you by phone. We may also send text messages when you have provided consent to receive them.

By providing your phone number, you may be contacted by SHIFRA regarding your request, donation, or relationship with SHIFRA.
You may opt out of phone or text communications at any time. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any SHIFRA text message. You may also request that we stop contacting you by telling us during a call or by contacting us at info@jewishpregnancyhelp.org.

How We Protect and Share Your Information
- Client information is not shared with outside parties without your express permission, except when necessary to coordinate services you have requested, such as connecting you with a partner organization at your request.
- Donor information is not shared with outside parties.
- We do not sell your information or run advertising on our website.
- Information you submit may be transmitted to and stored by third-party service providers, including Jotform for service request forms and Givebutter for donations, on our behalf.
